Raw HTML / download are for ESPs (Mailchimp, HubSpot) that take pasted source code. Inline images are embedded as data URIs — fine for the copy-and-paste flow, but many ESPs won’t load them from raw HTML. For ESP sends, add a hosted URL on each inline image.
